The first step to beginning with Search Engine Optimization is to design a site. In that site, you want to make sure you use the colors and themes you like best and will be the best fit for the page.
There are a few things you want to keep in mind when designing any page: you want to make sure that you theme each page to focus on one main idea. For instance, if you own a contracting business, you can discuss the different types of projects you do on each page — i.e. you can create a page for your landscaping, plumbing, and flooring services. Believe me, that will make things much easier when it comes down to fine tuning your page for the search engines.
After theming each page, you want to ensure that each page consists of relevant, thorough textual content. If you are familiar at all with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), you may want to start working in some of your keywords you plan to target here (Note: This is not a must, and you will most likely end up fine tuning this more later).
After you’ve done that, now it’s time for the SEO work to begin. Stay tuned for the next steps…

Each day, we are going to introduce a new concept or two that will surely help you get better exposure on the internet.
